I am ready to get serious with getting the fat off. I don't look fat, so my friends and family say. But, the fat is in the belly where the apple grows. I need to lose the apple tree and add a six pack of muscle.

I have been doing Weight Watchers for 2 weeks and I like the program, I need the exercise to go with it. I hope this one works and gives my body back the muscle I used to have. I have never sat around and done absolutely nothing. I am older and it seems I am too tired to do anything and I don't want the sedentary lifestyle. I want to go and do and see and be.

My new motto: Live the life I want, don't let my life be my guide.
