This is driving me nuts! I have joined the gym for Silver & Fit classes and then work out on machines after that. I watch my food intake like a hawk and prepare meals in advance so I'm not tempted to eat junk when I don't have a lot of time. I just pop a frozen pre-prepared dinner into the microwave and it's done! I see my primary doc in March but until I'm just pulling my hair out (literally)!
