I am up & down like a roller coaster too! Every weekend, I tend to put on a lb or 2 , take them off by Tues. then take off another lb or 2 by Friday, then it starts all over again! 2 steps forward, one step back! I guess that is just the way it's going to be forever! Any time I actually eat something yummy or off my diet, I gain a lb or 2! And we can't live without a little indulgence every once in a while, right?
