Starting fresh today.....I have been going through a lot personally.....my life is upside down.....but I think a new start is what I need....I figure it's better than giving up and things can't get any worse unless I let them.

Struggling a lot today..... I don't know what I am doing wrong. My weight keeps jumping up and down a couple pounds everyday....Seem like no matter what I do I can not get under 170......I am beyond frustrated. I just hope my measurements tomorrow will give me better results and a reason to want to continue my journey.... I m so scared that I am going to get frustrated to the point of giving up and never seeing my goals..... uhhg! :(

My weight is back down today...yay! Of course I wonder how counter productive it is to weigh myself every day...Honestly though I can't help it....I work so hard every day and it feels like my reward is getting on the scale first thing in the morning....and If I see it has gone up it only makes me want to work that much harder....So for now i'll weigh in every day but only record the actual numbers Saturdays.
Turbo hour today is done! Fantastic Turbo as always... If I have to complain though.... I hate the fact that on some days...not everyday....but some days I have to hit pause 2 or even 3 times to pee.... I try to hold it but I swear it feels like if I do one more jack or one more run of jump rope I am going to wet myself.....Yuck! The real problem though is that I finally decide to hit pause....run to the bath room so my heart rate doesn't slow....only to sit and have nothing happen.......I guess that's part of the sacrifice of having 3 fantastic kids......Kegals maybe.....lol

How is it I can work out 6 -7 days a week and still gain a pound.....Grrrr...Frustrating! I don't follow a diet.... Just make better choices and shrink my portions..... I know if I try to completely cut out things I love and really diet I will be miserable and there is no way I will stick to it. I honestly feel like I am doing a good job with my diet...... just wish the scale would reflect my hard work....I guess I will go work off my frustration with Turbo Hour. ♥
