How is it I can work out 6 -7 days a week and still gain a pound.....Grrrr...Frustrating! I don't follow a diet.... Just make better choices and shrink my portions..... I know if I try to completely cut out things I love and really diet I will be miserable and there is no way I will stick to it. I honestly feel like I am doing a good job with my diet...... just wish the scale would reflect my hard work....I guess I will go work off my frustration with Turbo Hour. ♥
78.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

You probably gained some muscle mass... A very good thing as that will start burning more calories! Keep up the great work! You can do it.
