I'm starting fresh. I remembered to log food today. hopefully I can keep this us and keep an eye on what I am eating. make some good choices for food.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a good plan 😃. And logging is very helpful if for nothing else just so you remember what you ate... 😆. Lots of other reasons too but let's be honest we have a lot do in today's world it's good just not to have to remember everything.
