Hey all, sorry for being MIA this past week, have an unexpected illness. Haven’t tracked or exercised in a week, the last couple of days have been able to eat small amounts; still mostly taking in fluids at this time. I’m pretty sure Tuesday my weight will be down but we shall see. Not asking for sympathy; just letting all who have been wondering why I’m not here and tracking or exercising.

@laurie62707; I’m not leaving the community, I’ve just had stomach issues that’s caused me to be sick; waiting for Dr to message me back tomorrow. Pretty sure I’ve got food poisoning and gluten contamination.

@Diana 1234; not much better today; however not any worse either. I’ve had issues the last 6 years with my stomach.
