@kdellamay, total for the meal was 411. 2 egg omelette with lean turkey bacon and lean diced ham and cheese was 281 calories; for 1/4 cup of unsweetened mixed fruit was 60 calories; 1/4 cup of cooked shredded hashbrowns was 70 calories.
