🤣right there like candy bars I only eat them as a treat when I want something with chocolate at 190 calories for a bar it's not a lot of food to keep you full but the protein to calorie count on these ones is much better than other ones out there

I also had some fit right air popped cheddar mini rice cakes with the protein bar as my lunch cause I was getting a headache from burning 1228 calories on a 7+ mile walk. When I started the walk I had burned 212 in active calories by the time I finished the walk I was at 1440 in active calories burned.

Thx redrose54; did 10.1 miles yesterday, 23,000+ steps, and actively burned 2005 calories by 11pm yesterday. Today 8 miles, 19000+ steps, active calories burned so far today 1480 and still have soccer practice to go too tonight for my little one.

oh I never tried those!! I can't have those laying around, it gonna be gone like the wind in no time.. I'm a chocolate-a-holic/sweet tooth.
