Got back on the workout bandwagon after slumping for six days. Feels good to be back. Today I did 30 minutes on the bike, for a total of 10.7 miles and 235 calories. Also did intervals on the treadmill for 25 minutes, for a total of 1.37 miles and 75 calories. I want to add a second bike session tomorrow.
