To all those that have supported me these last two weeks; i really do appreciate it. For someone who is struggling with their weight it helps tremendously. So again thanks; tomorrow will mark my second week on this site and will weigh in at the drs office in the morning.

Thanks folks, still trying to figure out how this works I’m all over the place on the miles I walk and the steps I take in a day. Can’t run or jog due to old football knees, but walking around 4-6 miles on average, and this morning moved a hand built 1.5 ton greenhouse with 2 other people took about 3 hrs to deliver and set.
