Berat badan pernah di 130kg dan turun ke 108 pake metode IF dalam waktu beberapa bulan.

pola makan gak terkontrol, akhirnya naik lagi ke 120. bulan juni mulai lagi sambil ikut member gym sekarang BB di 97. Tinggiku 180 pengen di 85 aja, yuk semangat!!!
