I forgot to update my weight last week,but it was up to 132.5, and while this is not a huge gain, there should be no gain at all. I do not want this lost weight to creep it's way back. I never thought I would fall off the wagon like this, but I have found that lately I have resented having to weigh and document everything I eat. Having said that, it's clear that doing this is the only way I'm going to keep it off. Yes, summer was difficult, but any day can be difficult when you want to eat what you want, when you want it. I am committed to getting back on track. I had my braces tightened today and my teeth are too sore for solids right now, so let this be my new beginning. And feel free to give it to me when I haven't documented my food, because it's then that I'm cheating...
