Usually eat very little for breakfast as I just don't have an appetite in the morning. But someo1ne sugested I eat more for breakfast and less for dinner. It helps with cravings. Trying that out this week.

It is true and having protein does help reduce cravings for some reason.

I was told the same . Higher calories for breakfast with good protein helps with appetite. For me it def works. I never ate breakfast before . I make sure I eat my protein breakfast by 10 now every morning

Make sure you have enough protein that's correct and nutrition. I use to skip breakfast too in the beginning. Remember to check your water intake too.

It works well for me. I always have a good breakfast with good fat, fibre and protein. Usually 2 eggs, 2 Cape Seed Bread toast, half an Avo, mushrooms and some grilled tomato. Delicious and goof
