Finally seeing results..my clothes are getting loose! Was going to make a great dinner last night. Fixed cauliflower mashed potatoes, tomato and cucumber salad and threw New York strips on the grill which turned out to be bad meat (smelled awful) Improvised with a frozen chopped sirloin which was blah. Oh well.

FYI - do NOT buy those pork rinds you cook in the microwave. Holy Moly, that had to be the most awful smelling vile stuff ever!! Just the smell made me literately throw up. Things like that never get to me but it was so bad I actually threw up. I almost called the FD it had such a pungent gassy smell. I LOVE pork rinds but just the though of them now makes me sick.
