Here's the verdict, I went on holiday 135lbs, 2 weeks later returned 146lbs. I was terrible ane I loved every second. I drank wine every night, indulged in pasta, bread, biscuits and chocolate whenever I felt like it so I knew most of my gain would be water/card/sodium related. I've been back 3 days and earing normally, I've gone from 146lbs to 139.2lbs so all in all, not so bad considering what I ate! Back on the wagon to look amazing for Christmas and finally reach my goal weight! Let's do this.
