Losing 0.3 kg a Week
25 May 2016
Struggling to get any lower than 135lbs, keep bouncing between 134 and 138 for the last couple of months despite ramping up the exercise.
Now attempting to lower to 1200 calories and do more cardio instead of strength training to try to get it moving, would like to lose 14lbs in the next 12 weeks if I can!

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
02 April 2016
Why exercise? Because it sculpts the body.
This is the difference between 132lbs and 131lbs, yes indeed ladies and gents, just 1 pound. Don't just go by the scales!
Focusing more on training now than weight loss as such. I'm eating high carb/low fat and training 3x a week, throwing a couple of runs here and there for some calorie burning but I'm mainly doing resistance for now. I'm OK with my 'number', I don't mind being in the 130's, I just want to lose some additional fat and gain some muscle to tone everything up in time for my holiday in August :) still have plenty of time!

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
05 March 2016
My weightloss has slowed down a lot from what I am used to. I've been feeling a bit crap about my small losses then it dawned on me, today is the day I have officially lost 70 pounds. SEVENTY.
I remember the times where I'd just begun, at 202lbs and morbidly obese, when I'd tell my family and friends I was aiming to be 125 pounds. They all said the same, my target was unrealistic and I should aim more for something like 150 pounds. I knew I was capable of much more, here I am 70 pounds later and still going.
I won't ever allow other people's expectations of themselves and limitations to become an obstacle in my journey. I know that I am capable of anything I put my mind to and them saying "that's unrealistic, you'll only disappoint yourself" spurs me even more to prove it's all in the mind, believing you can do it is half the battle.
Penalty photo, 202 lbs vs 132 lbs.
