The day started out well yesterday in keeping track of pts, but when I opted for spaghetti and meatballs w/the rest of the family, I didn't measure and couldn't input my dinner. I didn't snack after that, but wished I had just gone with the stir-fry I planned earlier in the day. I have just done level 3 and will stick to pts today and tomorrow, but Friday is my b-day, so there will be some cheats then and over the weekend w/a few other celebrations. I am going to continue to workout, though. Must get focused once again -- don't want those 30 lbs coming back!!!
