So just finished my second week with no sugar or processed food. It’s been hard but today I turned down pudding and a McDonalds milkshake and it wasn’t even hard.
This week I will taking bread out of my diet as this is main comfort food . Wish me luck 🍀 it does however mean that no one in the house can have these things as I won’t have them in the house. Makes it less tempting.
I haven’t noticed weight loss but this is not why I’m doing it. It more about changing habits for me as Im bored of losing weight on diets and falling into bad habits. I plan to stick to these changes and hope eventually I start seeing a difference.
Let’s see what happens….
