Ok ! Week three completed. All I’ve done so far is give up sugar and processed foods ( bread in week three ) It’s been really hard but mostly because I have to food prep and keep on top of shopping. It’s like having a dishwasher and doing the washing up anyway.

I honestly think part of the weight gain is due to being a single full time mum who works full time at a desk, drives everywhere because I live in the middle of nowhere and slacks on the food pre because it’s easier to and I’m exhausted. Also, I comfort eat !!

I can’t give up bread forever and have been satisfied with no processed food. I can still eat burgers and chips but just homemade but I just have to prep it.

Week 4 is still no 🍞 going to keep this one till I reach at least 150lb.
