Wow forgot to add to this post - this was sweet craving I needed to satisfy but still try to keep the proteins up. This is Kulture Double Cream yoghurt + 1 scoop choc whey protein+ 2 strawberries+ half a banana =254cal and 22g protein. The awesome thing was that it had the texture of cheesecake so I could fool my brain😂😅
