Start up dgn 30min cardio first..baru boleh nk jog ke,nk exersice lebih2 after my jantung breathing okay..500calories burn for now..mood emotion nafsu bagai dah stablize slow2 kita control makan okay👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍
