Major Stress headache (fight with my dear darling husband all better now with husband) so wasn't feeling well at all yesterday and still feeling it a bit today BUT
I didn't break out the chips and hot sauce - or the ice cream - or the bagels and cream cheese - or all three
Something I've always done in the past - I was surprised that I didn't feel that urge - I thought about it but only in the "here is what I usually do sense" didn't act on it even though my tummy might have liked something on the dry side because it was upset - tends to get that way with this type of headache
so pleased - on the low fat diet I would always go off at the least bit - I'm finding it so much easier to stick to low carb and if I do go off (art get a way weekend with very few low carb choices) - it's a breeze to get right back on - I don't go several weeks eating like a mad person like I did in the past.

Proud of you for not caving into to "comfort foods." We all seem to share moments of stress with DHs and kids, etc. and find that temptation to wander into old habits easy....good for you for handling yourself so well. Do something nice for yourself today...you deserve it!
