It has been a great week. Vacationing in Las Vegas in the middle of August and I'm hoping to be into the 230s by then. Preparing for the 4th of July picnic and trying to shop for healthy foods. I'm making some of the recipes I've found on this website. I've found just taking off 30 pounds that I have sooo much more energy than I used to. With the help and advice I've found on FS it gets easier everyday. I want to thank everyone on here. Have a wonderful day:)
