I am starting OMAD and here is my meal for today. Stir-fry cabbage and 2 roasted chicken thighs. I've already fasted 23 hours since yesterday.

A mix of OMAD and Intermittent Fasting (whatever ratio 20/4, 18/6 etc) is fantastic! Energy levels, mental clarity and weight loss but even more so for weight maintenance is awesome! I follow Dr. Sten Ekberg on YouTube for most of my guidance.
