I started my journey at 138kg's. Following a covid infection in Dec 2021, I came out of it, realising the need to change and adopted a guiding principle of ''becoming the best possible version of myself.'' I started gym in Jan 2022 and kicked all weight related prescription meds (BP, Cholestrol etc) by mid-2022. I continue my quest and follow the principle of ''let food be thy medicine''. I now make my own fermented foods, grow my own seed sprouts etc, and now do a combination of keto, intermittent fasting, long fasts and OMAD, and have never felt better. It works!
