sometimes I get a bit growly at the food entry thinger, because I have nutrition data on a food and the database doesn't have my brand, and the data from other brands isn't accurate to what I actually ate. but this is honestly a minor complaint.
I'm not good at recording everything I eat. I don't have a scale, I don't measure things. and it's cherry season. I kind of go into a haze during cherry season.
I am enjoying the natural increase in physical activity from using a bike for transportation. It's a lot of fun and it makes travelling a pleasure rather than a necessity. And it is changing me, even if I can't see it - I used to be unable to ride up the tiniest hill, I was constantly shifting gears, but now I stay in one gear the whole way and there isn't a hill on my route I can't beat. I need more hills. I need longer hills.
