I hope things get better for you...it is frustrating when you catch yourself going back to the old habits, but stop and think before you act. You did it once you can do it again! Your chart still looks great, but I understand that putting the weight back on is frustrating. Just regroup and start over and see what happens, remember that dieting is a mental thing too, you have to be there in mind before you can get things to really start working for you!
