New goal.

I've decided I can't possibly tackle my eight issue by looking at the big picture. This month I'm going to lose 5 pounds. That's it. Nothing earth scattering. Once I reach my goal, I will have succeeded. Yeah, I'll need to repeat it several times, but who cares?

This month, five pounds.

You should always set small goals. They are easier to attain and make you feel better and want to keep going when you reach them. Usually the big picture is just too big. I am close to my first goal. Once I get there I will add the next. Good luck to you in your first goal.
