Best meal recently discovered yet is chicken tortilla pizza (small). Quick and easy. Homemade tortillas rock!

how do you make your tortillas?

It’s just a first recipe I found on Google but I made some alterations. Add less water and more oil (I used sunflower) and don’t over mix it (I do it by hand). So it’s a mix between paratha and tortilla in the end i think. I’m not a big bread eater but it hits the spot.
