Okay, I had another cheat day today. Did not intend to, and not very happy that I succombed, but I did and I can't take it back. I will definitely excercise tomorrow and get back to eating better. I stopped entering b/c I couldn't find what I ate, but it was cheese cappelletti from east side's, along with some bread. My lunch tally is also not accurate, could be more or less, but my portion seemed suitable. I'm certain I will see a weight increase this week. Grrr.
