Did level 3 on Sat, did not work out yesterday and did the banish fat dvd today -- despised it. I'll do it again, but I will probably continue to hate it.
I guessed at the pts for the ice cream today (so much for not going over my pts -- imagine if I had eaten breakfast!!!) I'm back -- will continue to document what I eat.
