I'm getting excited. I went down another pound. I think it was just taking a couple of extra weeks to kick in. I'd been doing lots of weight training which I haven't done in years. I've always heard that when the fat turns to muscle it weighs more. Maybe now that I have some muscle, the fat is finally starting to burn. I'm just guessing though!
