Today went well enough--better than yesterday. I ordered some chia seeds and they came today. I'm not quite sure how to use them yet, but I think we are going to try soaking them then putting the gel in a smoothie. I made Dr. Oz's Pumpkin Chia Muffins and they weren't too great, but in all fairness it's probably because I substituted sugar free Mrs Butterworth's for pure maple syrup.
