I have done alot of walking today. For exercise I went on a 1 hour walk and for leasure I went on another 1 hr walk with my kidos. Pretty productive day to say the least. I am wondering about my calorie count for the day though. I only have a little over 500 calories but I have all the daily requirements in. I will see what results I get in the morning.... :\
