Hi all, not a problem. I'll post a picture of the plan now now. It doesn't track calories, you just follow the plan for 28 days. It's about portion control, the plan states that all your meals need to fit in a 450ml container for women, and a 600ml container for men.
I've recently discovered the app on PlayStore which helps with tracking, so you can also download that - 28 Day Eating Plan.

Hey ChristellvdM91, I think the 1st week is the hardest because it's the detox week. Then the day 4 weigh in always motivates you to carry on because it's always such a high number of kgs that you lose. Then the weeks after, they strategically place meals that you see as goals that you want to reach. For me, today's supper was one of my goal meals because I finally get to eat red meat. But I can only ever follow the diet twice in a year because you really need to be in a good head space to follow it the tee. Give it a try, you might enjoy it. 😁
