I can't believe that I have done this again!! :( Depression + stress = emotional binge eating...and the scales shoot up.

So here I am again, ready to take the plunge (hopefully! i.e. a plunge in weight LOL) and to try to get healthier and happier. I swas just south for a week and had a lot of trouble standing and waling. It was a serious wake-up call that the only person who can look after my health is me!

So here goes. I will appreciate your good thoughts and prayers for a success this time. I am going to set my goals in increments so it is not too overwhelming. My first goal will be to get to 185. My ultimate goal is 165.
