well down from 256 to 236 - 20 lbs - started after a couple of weeks after New Years had a set back at Easter but stated again May 23rd with Atkins - just found this site the other day (heard about it from the Atkins site)
Atkins is just doing the job better than low fat and it's so much easier to stay on so Atkins it is. :)
