Well exactly half way there in 2.5 months, hopefully that means by the end of summer I will be there. The diet is going really well and I never have cravings anymore. Atkins is definately the way to go for me with an emphasis on seafood rather then chicken or pork, I never eat red meat. I do have well meaning people trying to feed me what I shouldn't eat all the time but they are getting use to my rebuffs.

Keep at it and do what you need to. :) I was thinking you were going to pull ahead of me this week, but wait.. I lost too :) Mary is home so we can start that marathon training too, when all this wet rain stops..and the road is not a big mud hole.
