I'm really not looking forward to this week's weigh in on Friday morning. It's only Tuesday and I already dread it. This past weekend, 4th of July weekend, involved eating more than necessary. I didn't over eat in a really big way, but I did overeat, and it was kind of lousy weekend all around, so I think I am just compounding the whole issue with the fact that I overate and didn't even have fun.
Ugh.
Hopefully, I can stay the course for the rest of the week and at least not GAIN any weight. Maybe I can at least hold steady.
