I was really good most of the week (except yesterday when an old college friend came to visit). I have been keeping track of everything I eat and am happy that results are showing. Even though I have only lost a few pounds, a few skirts that hadn't fit are now fitting again!
I'm excited to continue making progress but a little worried about this weekend as the 4th of July with my boyfriend's family tends to be a little heavy on treats.
