Today is hard studying for the PMP test and feeling like my brain isn't keeping the information. My blood sugar started high, then i had to bolus first thing in the morning. I went on a short walk about 20 minutes. BS did not drop. It was sticky around 160. I think it was being dehydrated yesterday. I don't function well in the heat. I always thought that being type 1 diabetic is easier to manage by being keto. when i started plugging in the foods i am eating, I realized that the nuts area adding to the caloric count. better watch out for those nuts!
