Early bedtime, you know, to keep me behaving well on a Friday night. I woke up before the sun and hit the gym first thing. An hour on the bike, worked triceps and biceps for about 30 minutes. Also added some crunches. After two babies, my tummy needs lots of work but feels impossible. Anywho, planning a yummy yellow curry tonight for dinner and must shop for fresh veggies.
