I worried taking yesterday off from gym would reflect negatively on the scale. Spent yesterday afternoon hydrating instead. Feeling better today, ready to go to gym after work. Yay!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
