I think I followed the diet somewhere between reasonably well and poorly. There were some days when I was awesome, most days when I did reasonably well, and one day where I did downright poorly. I had another week-long seminar in which I had to buy lunch most days. I succumbed to pressure and ate some pizza, a hamburger, a shake, and a piece of cake throughout the week. I tried to have SMALLER portions at least.

I hope next week I can be more consistently good.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

that's how it usually goes for me too. I'll have some great days, a couple ok days, and then a real bad one. I'm having as much trouble getting enough calories as I am trying to get the "right" ones. Keep at it! We'll do well together.
