Went grocery shopping today... there should be no reason why we can't get back on track. We played a good hour or so of tennis.... but that all went down the drain with the shrimp pasta for lunch, then a sloppy joe w/chips, then dairy queen, and topped it off with pizza for dinner. What the hell is wrong with me? It's time to re-focus. Summer is a few weeks away and I don't have time to lose. I am tired of hiding behind my "fat clothes." I know I am not fat by any means but anyone who is not at the weight they wish to be will be unhappy. Not only that, but I'm being un-healthy in general. Time to change is now. Giving up pop for this whole week. Only water and milk. Shouldn't be too hard, but I'll be posting as I go along to see what my mental state is like mid-week.
