The last week has been a bit up and down in terms of consistency with food planning, etc, but it is a nice surprise to weigh in to this. This week will be difficult as I’m away with work so food options will be out of my hand so I will need to take control of portion size and make good choices. 🥰

u still gotta eat,even tho ur away working, if ur out to eat all restaurants chains/pubs have to provide a list of nutrients on the menu now, so hopefully with a little careful planning u can stay within ur limits, hope this helps xx
