Ok, fine. Now that 3 different people have asked me when my baby is due, I guess it's time to go on a diet. I am not expecting, though I do weigh as much as I did the day my son was born. We will be celebrating his 15th birthday at the end of the year. Ack! I should feel better that people assume I am expecting instead of asking me why I gained so much weight.
I am horrible at sticking to routines. I tend to fall off a routine just a couple of days into it. Maybe I should keep an hourly calendar. 8am, do this, 9am do that. Hmm.
I am open to suggestions at this point. I am keeping track of everything I eat now. I think that will be a good start. I just have to figure out how to get physical activity involved in schedule every day.
