Good to be back on track and really fascinating to see the impact of one day of poor meal choices as well as not drinking enough water. Back to where I was (+ 4oz) on Friday so let’s see how the next few days go. It’s my brother’s wedding on Saturday so I’ll have to see how I can manage that when you’re in the control of a wedding planner!
