I kind of let things go over the past 3 months and have gained 5 pounds...All n all not too bad but in May we are traveling back east for my husband's 40th class reunion and I want to be the lady in the cute red dress. May 1st is my goal date to lose 25 pounds. I don't think I am being too aggressive. Starting up on a low carb regime to get me going. Been sick this past week so not really exercising. Seems like there is always something. I have a goal. I have a plan and I have a cute little red cocktail dress in mind... on your mark get set GO!
